I prefer homemade salad dressing over store bought and this is one of my favorites that goes with so many Mediterranean and garden salads.
Use a mason jar or a recycled bottle that can substitute as a salad dressing container.
Add together:
¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
¼ Cup Italian White Vinegar
¼ Cup Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbspn Deli Dijon Mustard
1 tspn Pure Raw Honey
1 large garlic clove minced
½ Shallot minced
Pinch of Herbs de Providence
(marjoram, rosemary, thyme, and oregano)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Pepper
Shake together and use sparingly over salad of your choice. Refrigerate.
